{"id":2403,"date":"2022-11-26T10:03:02","date_gmt":"2022-11-26T10:03:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fdppi.in\/wp\/?p=2403"},"modified":"2023-01-20T04:56:28","modified_gmt":"2023-01-20T04:56:28","slug":"fdppi-as-a-federation-of-data-protection-consultants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fdppi.in\/wp\/fdppi-as-a-federation-of-data-protection-consultants\/","title":{"rendered":"FDPPI as a Federation of Data Protection Consultants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Digital Personal Data Protection Bill 2022 is here.\u00a0 It is time for organizations to start planning for compliance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FDPPI is preparing itself to meet the demand for Consultancy regarding Data Protection Compliance in India by setting up a separate division to provide the services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this purpose FDPPI will be providing an affiliation to the Federation of Data Protection Consultants (FDPC) and provide a platform for rendering the services by accredited service providers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FDPPI will continue its activities as a Privacy Advocacy platform and the consultancy would be undertaken by FDPC.\u00a0 Every member of FDPC needs to be affiliated to FDPPI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accreditation will be based on application and review by the Board. A fee will be prescribed for accreditation.
