C.DPO.DA. or Certified Data Protection Officer and Data Auditor is the flagship program of FDPPI.
It covers the Legal, Technical and Governance aspects related to DPDPA Compliance.
The program is available on tap as Recorded videos. From time to time such programs are conducted as offline program.
These recorded Videos are supported by mentor sessions from the faculty on specific appointments.
Trainees can opt to sit for the examination within 1 month of completion of the course. One examination attempt comes free with the course. If additional attempts are required, they will be charged. All participants would be given a participation certificate and those who pass the online examination would be provided the full examination. (Online examination can be taken by the student from the convenience of their homes)

The Content is updated for the published DPDPA Rules on November 13, 2025.
Currently three books namely “Guardians of Privacy…,“, “DGPSI…, ” and “Taming the twin challenges DPDPA and AI with DGPSI AI” are considered the recommended reading materials. All are available in Kindle form.

Live Program by Naavi
It is proposed that Naavi’s Cyber Law College will be conducting a two day online education program on DPDPA in preparation for the Certificate exam of FDPPI for C.DPO.DA.
The Program will be conducted on December 20th and 21st as a faculty led virtual program.
Time: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm with breaks at 11-15-11.30, 1.00 to 2.00 pm and 3.5 to 3.30 pm.
