FDPPI has been working on DPDPA Compliance based on the framework DGPSI or Data Governance and Protection Standard of India.
DGPSI is considered as the only framework available now for DPDPA compliance.
Over the last one year several product companies have come up with technology solutions and some of them have adopted to the principles of DGPSI to different levels.
In order to assist the product developers for a DGPSI compliant solution, FDPPI has offered a service for an evaluation of their product from functional perspective and provide DTS scores for the product. Such companies will now be called “Special Associate Members” and mentoring services will also be offered for improvement of the product.
This is a special membership scheme offered only to such corporate members who have developed appropriate solutions for DPDPA Compliance. The terms of membership and the benefits offered will be discussed on case to case basis.
