FDPPI conducts various training programs and its executives attend many industry interactions. During such interactions the experts from the industry provide feedbacks which are very important for us. It would be encouraging if the comments are good. If not, it would be helping us to improve.
Under DGPSI framework we place importance to “Whistle blowing” because it is the first opportunity to identify developing vulnerabilities and perhaps incidents. Similarly, the feedbacks from our trainees is considered an important input to improving the quality of our trainings. We believe that the success of a training is as much to the audience and their interest as the skills and knowledge of the faculty. Hence some programs may come out as brilliant and some as just acceptable. Our endeavour is however is to ensure that we pass the threshold of acceptability every time.
